Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Technology Trainer to enable Anthropic capabilities across the organization and client environments. You will design and deliver 101/201 curricula covering Claude's API, developer platform, and best practices, while creating labs, guides, and assessments.

You will lead engaging sessions—virtual and in-person—adapt content for diverse audiences, and steward the certification program. This role requires calendar flexibility for travel and a passion for hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical foundation — APIs and integrations, hands-on Claude or comparable LLM platforms to teach and troubleshoot.
• Proven experience designing and delivering tiered training curricula (101/201) to mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person formats; ability to engage a room and adapt on the fly.
• Strong instructional design skills to structure content for retention and measurable outcomes; Anthropic Certified Trainer credential or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve 101 and 201 training curricula for Claude and Anthropic API.
• Develop enablement assets: slide decks, labs, quick guides, certifications, and recorded content.
• Structure content using instructional design principles to drive retention and behavior change.
• Keep curricula current as Claude models and platform capabilities evolve.
• Deliver live training sessions—virtual and in-person—to internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Tailor content for mixed audiences from business users to developers and solutions architects.
• Demo Claude capabilities live, including API, prompting techniques, and integration patterns; handle questions confidently.
• Provide office hours and follow-up technical support after sessions.
• Own and evolve NewRocket's Anthropic certification program; track status and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product to identify gaps and prioritize content.
• Travel up to 30% for client sites, offsites, and events.
