Job summary

Veriforce is a global leader in contractor and supply‑chain risk management. As Principal, GTM Enablement, you will design and deliver enablement programs that boost seller readiness, adoption, and productivity across a remote US sales organization.

You’ll own change management and field communications, collaborate across Sales, Onboarding, CS, Marketing, Product, and RevOps, and build a library of sales plays and runbooks aligned to MEDDPICC and Veriforce’s evolving sales methodology.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in sales enablement or related GTM field.
• Experience leading change management for tool, process, or policy rollouts in GTM.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Program management with multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or comparable enterprise sales methodologies.
• Collaborative, proactive interpersonal style.
• Positive, accountable energy.

Responsibilities

• Own the change management strategy for GTM adoption and measurement.
• Draft and distribute clear, timely sales communications.
• Coordinate between Sales, Onboarding, CS, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
• Represent enablement priorities in cross-functional planning forums; flag risks.
• Design and execute enablement programs with milestones and owners.
• Build and maintain sales plays and runbooks for key motions; align to MEDDPICC.
