- Experience in process optimization, learning platform operations, metrics and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of learning technology and enablement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Optimize ways of working using AI and automation.
- Streamline existing processes and create efficiencies.
- Learning assignment/deployment execution and platform maintenance.
- Recurring metrics, reporting, and dashboard support.
- Define and track KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness.
- Prepare regular leadership reports highlighting trends and opportunities within the learning ecosystem.
