Job summary

Copado is hiring a Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement in Chicago to design, build, and operate our end-to-end enablement program. The role reports to the VP of Global GTM Strategy & Operations and leads a small team turning enablement into a durable system that sustains the organization.

The candidate will drive GTM readiness for product launches, enable messaging, and translate strategy shifts into field-ready plans, while coaching managers and governing the tech stack used daily.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, and/or go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated success building or scaling an enablement function inside a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Experience with sales methodologies and coaching frameworks and adapting them to a real sales org.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the enablement program end to end, from needs assessment to rollout and measurement.
• Lead GTM readiness for major launches with cross-functional partners.
• Own the sales methodology and coaching framework for consistent field deployment.
• Define and govern the GTM technology stack used daily by reps.
• Define metrics to prove program impact and report to GTM leadership.
• Hire, lead, and develop a small enablement team.
• Own onboarding and certification for sales and customer-facing roles.
