About the Role

Copado is hiring a Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement to design, build, and operate our end-to-end enablement program. This is a builder's role: you'll own the programs that determine whether the GTM org is ready for what's next, and effective at what it does every day. You'll report into the VP of Global GTM Strategy & Operations, partner closely with People, Product, and GTM teams, and lead a small team responsible for turning enablement from a set of one-off training into a durable system.

The program sits on two pillars:

GTM Readiness — getting the org ready for what's next

• Launch readiness for new products, features, and pricing — so reps can sell it on day one
• Messaging and positioning rollout in lockstep with Product and Marketing
• Translating GTM strategy shifts (new segments, motions, territories) into field-ready plans

GTM Effectiveness — making the org better at what it already does

• Coaching programs and manager enablement that compound over time
• A selling methodology and skills curriculum applied consistently, not ad hoc
• Tech-enabled execution — scaling productivity gains with technology
