Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a GTM Enablement Program Manager for Solutions & Product within the CSO organization. You will design learning journeys, translate complex platform and AI capabilities into field-ready playbooks, and measure enablement ROI across the full customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product, PMM, and global GTM teams to drive scalable enablement standards and successful product launches, certifications, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of hands-on sales enablement, technical enablement, or GTM learning design in an enterprise SaaS or data/AI platform environment.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end enablement plans and measure business impact.
• Experience enabling multi-role GTM teams (SDR, AE, SE, CSM, AM).

Responsibilities

• Design Learning Journeys: create structured, multi-modal learning paths and field playbooks for core platform releases, data capabilities, and AI features.
• Enable the Full GTM Engine: map product capabilities to role-specific behaviors and provide field-ready messaging.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: partner with Product, PMM, and GTM leadership to translate roadmaps into launches and certs.
• Facilitate & Certify: deliver interactive workshops, demos, and knowledge checks in-person and virtually.
• Drive Strategic Program Management: manage workstreams across multi-stakeholder initiatives to keep delivery on track.
• Measure Business Outcomes: analyze enablement data against GTM metrics to prove ROI and iterate
