Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Services Operations Analyst for GTM Operations to build and scale internal programs, plays, and content across our GTM teams. You will collaborate with Leadership, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Enablement to identify priorities and execute on product-focused initiatives.

You will drive high-impact programs, develop playbooks, and support campaigns that optimize renewal rates, ACV, and new business.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Sales Operations, Finance or Management consulting.
• Experience in the software industry and cloud platform businesses is a plus.
• Strong data analytics and translation skills to derive insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute high-impact programs across GTM; lead cross-functional work streams.
• Develop go-to-market plays and content for growth opportunities and risk areas for GTM teams.
• Deliver weekly updates to product leadership on renewal and growth performance.
• Identify optimization opportunities to increase ACV and renewal rates and save time for field teams.
