Job summary

1mind is hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to build and run programs that accelerate ramp, keep the revenue team sharp, and ensure a consistent customer journey across touchpoints. You’ll partner with the Head of Enablement and cross-functional teams to own onboarding, ongoing enablement, customer education, content development, training, and priority initiatives.

You’ll lead live and asynchronous training, measure outcomes like ramp time and adoption, and continuously improve programs using data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM, sales, or revenue enablement in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience building enablement programs from scratch and scaling with the business.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design with practical judgement.
• Strong facilitation and communication across individual contributors and leaders.
• Comfort using AI as part of day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new GTM hires across sales and customer-facing roles to ramp faster and more consistently.
• Build ongoing enablement programs to keep the team current as product and GTM motions evolve.
• Design enablement across pre- and post-sales for a seamless customer journey.
• Develop customer education programs to help customers adopt, expand, and succeed with 1mind.
• Lead high-priority enablement programs tied to company initiatives, from scoping to delivery and measurement.
• Deliver live and async training, including workshops, role plays, and certifications.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to stay aligned with business needs.
• Leverage AI to improve enablement quality and reach across the GTM team.
