Job summary

NetBox Labs is hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to build and scale our enablement function. This hands-on role will redesign how our go-to-market teams learn, ramp, and sell, owning onboarding, certification, launch readiness, and ongoing reinforcement.

Reporting to Revenue Operations, you will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure teams have knowledge, content, tools, and training to execute at a high level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Prior experience as a quota-carrying seller, with a track record of moving deals through a technical sales cycle.
• Strong technical aptitude and a track record building enablement for technical products and complex enterprise cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue enablement end to end for AE, SDR, SE, Customer Success, and partner-facing teams.
• Own seller ramp and certification with onboarding paths that shorten time to first deal.
• Turn product into sales-ready guidance with discovery frameworks, sales plays, and battlecards.
• Operationalize product launches as a continuous motion with iterative updates and new plays.
