Job summary

Monaco, a fast-growing AI-native revenue platform, is hiring an Enablement Lead to own GTM enablement for the entire team. You’ll design onboarding, ramp programs, certification, and playbooks so reps and customers understand the product and Monaco Method.

This is a 0-to-1 build where you create the function, prove what works, and scale with the GTM org. You’ll collaborate with sales, CX, and product leadership to close skill gaps from real signals, deliver live training, and codify best

Qualifications

• 4+ years proven experience building and leading sales or GTM enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
• First/early enablement hire who moved from selling roles to enablement
• Strong ability to build onboarding and ramp programs that shorten time-to-productivity
• Proficient in creating playbooks, call libraries, and certifications for scalable enablement
• Comfortable in a high-velocity environment where product evolves weekly

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement strategy end-to-end for the GTM team
• Define ramp time, certification rates, and rep productivity goals
• Build onboarding programs taking new hires from day one to full productivity
• Develop playbooks, call scripts, and demos; maintain launch briefs for features
• Create repeatable training, live sessions, and coaching sprints
• Collaborate with sales, CX, and product leadership to close skill gaps
• Scale the enablement function as the GTM org grows
