Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a seasoned revenue operations and sales enablement leader to shape how our GTM teams learn, ramp, and improve. You will own onboarding, certification, and ongoing learning, collaborating with product, marketing, and RevOps to translate launches and pricing updates into training content.

You will design scalable programs, manage LMS content, and use AI tools to drive efficiency and outcomes. A fintech/SaaS mindset and strong cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations and 3+ years in Sales Enablement.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales.
• Ability to translate large volumes of information into clear, actionable content.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM enablement including onboarding, training and certification programs.
• Design and maintain onboarding ramps for new sellers to reach productivity targets.
• Build reporting and dashboards linking enablement activity to GTM performance.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product on launches and campaigns.
• Use AI to accelerate content creation and learning workflows.
• Support RevOps initiatives by translating processes into role-based training.
