Job summary

MaintainX, part of Autodesk, seeks a Director of GTM Data, Processes, and AI Enablement to own CRM data quality, core CRM workflows, GenAI initiatives, and cross‑org integration with Autodesk’s GTM systems. You will lead a small team of data analysts and influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Rev Ops, Enablement, and GTM Engineering.

You will guide data governance, deduplication, territory design, and rules of engagement, while driving AI-powered automation across GTM.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS company
• 3+ years leading people
• Strong command of CRM data model and workflows
• Hands‑on experience bringing AI into GTM workflows
• Clear ability to influence senior leaders and engineers

Responsibilities

• Own CRM data quality and governance across leads, contacts, accounts and hierarchies
• Drive core CRM-based processes and workflows for territory management and engagement rules
• Lead the GTM AI program for field teams from intake to rollout and ROI measurement
• Lead integration efforts to align MaintainX GTM with Autodesk systems and processes
