The role emphasizes hands-on automation, data enrichment, and API integrations, with a chance to shape our outbound infrastructure, tooling, and reporting for a fast-growing Creator Commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Proven GTM engineering or RevOps experience with automation projects.
• Hands-on data enrichment, multi-step automations, and workflows in production.
• Comfort with CRM tooling (HubSpot) and email automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated lead generation systems and ICP scoring models.
• Own outbound deliverability, personalization, and dynamic copy logic.
• Design and monitor pipeline automation across CRM, sequencing, and data sources.
