Job summary

LaunchDarkly is hiring a GTM Data Governance Manager to own the MDM roadmap for accounts, contacts, and organizations. You will define golden record rules and set governance standards, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security to ensure reliable analytics and AI-ready data.

You will design and monitor data quality, enable secure integration with Salesforce and the data warehouse, and champion data ownership and privacy awareness in global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data management, governance, engineering, or analytics
• Experience designing match/merge/survivorship rules and golden records
• Experience with Salesforce data models and CRM data quality at scale
• Knowledge to build data governance frameworks: policies, SLAs, stewardship

Responsibilities

• Own the MDM roadmap and operating model for account, contact, and organization domains
• Define golden record rules across CRM, billing, product, and support systems
• Set data governance standards with ownership, stewardship, definitions, and SLAs
• Design and monitor data quality rules, scorecards, and dashboards
• Specify integration patterns across Salesforce and data warehouse; advise build vs buy
• Provide trusted data products for analytics/AI; manage PII, GDPR, and access controls
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, GTM Systems, Finance, Legal, and Security
