LaunchDarkly Group is seeking an experienced data governance professional to own the MDM roadmap and operating model for account, contact, and organization hierarchy domains.

You will define golden records, establish data quality SLAs, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to drive data quality remediation and specify integration patterns across Salesforce, the data warehouse, and enrichment providers.

Responsabilités

• Own the MDM roadmap and operating model for account, contact, and organization hierarchy domains.
• Define golden record rules, data governance standards, and quality SLAs in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Drive data quality remediation, report health and risks to leadership, and specify integration patterns across Salesforce, the data warehouse, and enrichment providers.
