Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a GTM Data Governance Manager (MDM) in the United States. This role owns the account, contact, and organization data standards across Salesforce, billing, and analytics, enabling reliable reporting and AI workflows.

You will set golden-record rules, define ownership and SLAs, onboard new data sources, monitor data quality, and partner with Legal and Security on privacy controls. This is an individual contributor role with impact across GTM systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data management, governance, engineering, or analytics.
• 2+ years leading MDM or data quality programs.
• Experience with Salesforce data models and CRM data quality at scale.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and explain tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDM roadmap and operating model for account, contact, and organization hierarchy domains.
• Define golden-record rules: matching, merging, survivorship, parent/child hierarchies across systems.
• Onboard new data sources, handle change requests, manage lifecycle events.
• Design and monitor data quality rules, scorecards, and dashboards; report data health and risks.
