Job summary

LaunchDarkly seeks a senior data leader to own the MDM roadmap and operating model for account, contact, and organization hierarchies. You will define golden record rules and governance standards, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure data quality and trust across systems.

You will drive onboarding of data sources, lifecycle event handling, and the design of data quality scorecards and dashboards to quantify risk and business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data management, governance, engineering, or analytics.
• Experience leading MDM or data quality programs.
• Hands-on design of match, merge, and survivorship rules.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDM roadmap and operating model for account, contact, and organization hierarchies.
• Define golden record rules, matching, and survivorship across systems.
• Set governance standards with ownership, stewardship, and SLAs.
• Onboard new data sources and manage lifecycle events like mergers and reorganizations.
• Design and monitor data quality rules, scorecards, and dashboards.
