Job summary

Close is seeking a Staff GTM Analyst to interrogate metrics, trace data through the warehouse, and turn insights into action. You will build semantic layers, guardrails, and self-serve access while partnering with GTM leadership and the analytics team to drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.

You are an experienced analyst with ~8 years of technical analytics background, comfortable in dbt, Snowflake, and translating data into strategy. This is a remote, high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on, highly technical analytics experience.
• Experience turning ambiguous business questions into data-driven decisions.
• Ability to build models and metrics that guide GTM strategy.
• Fluency with SQL and modern data warehousing tools.

Responsibilities

• Build semantic layers, context, and guardrails for self-serve analytics.
• Translate data findings into actionable business decisions.
• Forecast, model tradeoffs, and empower leadership with insights.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and analytics engineers to drive impact.
