Job summary

Modal is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the GTM data platform, combining analytics engineering with revenue operations. You will build the org map, people graph, and data systems to support GTM workflows and provide a solid foundation for sales and marketing teams.

You will collaborate with Data and RevOps to align data models, metrics, and territory definitions, while maintaining data quality and scalable pipelines across Snowflake and dbt.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python for data modeling and pipelines.
• Experience using AI coding tools to automate work.
• Understanding CRM architecture and revenue operations.
• Experience building data models and production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an org map and people graph connecting companies, labs, teams, and individuals to identify researchers, engineers, and startups.
• Own identity resolution, enrichment, and CRM schemas for accurate affiliations and roles.
• Build GTM data models in Snowflake and dbt for people, companies, workspaces, and revenue.
• Partner with RevOps and Marketing to define metrics, data models, and routing rules.
