Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a GTM Compliance Analyst to evaluate and onboard customers while protecting the company from regulatory and compliance risk. You will review deals, assess business models, conduct risk-based diligence, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and other teams to translate requirements into practical guidance.

You will help build playbooks, workflows, and reporting to scale GTM compliance as the company expands into new products and markets.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, or a related function, preferably in fintech, financial services, payments, technology, or another regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Review onboarding and deal-level processes for regulatory, licensing, policy risk with focus on business models and geography.
• Conduct risk-based diligence for higher-risk customers or use cases and gather licenses, registrations, policies, ownership information, and other docs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and other stakeholders to identify requirements, resolve questions, and develop practical mitigations or approvals.
• Document compliance decisions, rationale, conditions, and escalations for auditability.
• Track onboarding conditions, approvals, renewals, and post-deal obligations to ensure timely follow-through.
• Support reviews of regulated segments, including gaming and other industries with licensing requirements.
• Research regulatory/licensing requirements and escalate complex issues to subject-matter experts.
• Develop and maintain GTM compliance playbooks, risk-tiering, decision trees, intake requirements, and escalation paths.
• Identify recurring issues and partner with teams to improve policies, controls, tooling, and guidance.
• Provide training and office-hours support to GTM teams on engagement with Compliance.
