Procurify is seeking a driven GTM Campaign Manager to architect and operate scalable campaign systems feeding inbound, outbound, and expansion pipelines. You’ll balance multi-source effort, autogenerate lists, and optimize campaigns with AI, partnering across GTM functions to maximize total pipeline and revenue targets.

You’ll own end-to-end execution, from targeting through hand-off to sales, while leveraging data to improve MQL→SQL conversions and adapt to shifting demand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a campaign management, demand generation, sales development, or GTM operations role.
• A systems thinker who sees how people, processes, tools, and data connect and designs for scale.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation with a track record or strong interest in using them to amplify pipeline output.

Responsabilités

• Design and operate repeatable, scalable campaign systems across inbound, outbound, tier/segment, and expansion.
• Build targeted ICP-aligned lists for BDRs, increasingly automated and AI-generated.
• Design, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns end-to-end for new-business and expansion with AI-powered personalization.
• Support inbound performance by iterating on MQL→SQL conversion.
• Build expansion campaigns with Customer Success and Account Management to unlock existing customers.
• Calibrate targeting by tier/segment to maximize total pipeline across sources.
