This full-stack data role sits within the Go-to-Market Data team, partnering with GTM to build trusted data products, dashboards, and scalable analytics that drive decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Support.

You will define metrics, build data models, and deliver self-service analytics while applying judgment to balance quick analyses with durable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant data role within fast-moving, results-oriented organizations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into data models, metrics, analyses, and scalable solutions.
• Deep SQL expertise and experience with large datasets and ETL workflows.
• Proficiency in a quantitative programming language (Python preferred).
• Experience with BI tools and self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define, source, validate, and operationalize metrics to guide planning and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional data projects and set data strategy for new domains.
• Build scalable data models and pipelines from multiple sources.
• Create dashboards, reports and data tools for self-service analytics.
• Own lifecycle of metrics and data products from exploration to production.
• Choose the best approach per problem, balancing urgency and long-term quality.
• Prioritize requests to align with business impact and scale of data ecosystem.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve productivity while ensuring maintainable code and data.
