Job summary
NiCE in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Program Manager of GTM Operations & Business Insights to lead cross-functional programs that build scalable reporting infrastructure and governance frameworks. You will translate complex data into clear insights that align Sales, CX, and executive leadership.
You will own dashboards in Excel and Power BI, partner with revenue forecasting, and drive process improvements that reduce friction and accelerate growth.
Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional programs in SaaS or GTM environments.
- Ability translate data into authoritative, executive-ready insights.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast and drive pipeline visibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and optimization of executive dashboards and reporting across Excel, Power BI, and CRM data sources.
- Build automated reporting systems consolidating data for Sales and CX leadership.
- Define KPI frameworks and ensure accurate, consistent dashboards across teams.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and process improvements to scale programs.
- Partner with Sales, CX, Operations and Enablement to align priorities and governance.
- Support leadership reviews with data-driven analysis and concise summaries.
- Improve Salesforce usability, data integrity, and reporting structures.
- Develop templates, workflows, and governance to standardize reporting.
