Job summary

Motorola Solutions, in Chicago, seeks a Global Services Data & Business Analyst to join the Business Intelligence & Operations team and deliver quantitative analysis, dashboards, and financial modeling for executive leadership.

You will partner with global teams, design Tableau dashboards, ensure data integrity, and automate reporting with SQL, Python, and Alteryx, while integrating AI/ML outputs into BI workflows to forecast trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years as Data or Business Analyst.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and publishing Tableau dashboards.
• 3+ years writing, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global teams to define requirements, KPIs, and manage milestones.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for executive leadership.
• Own data lifecycle, sources of truth, validation, and automated reporting.
