You will own the full data journey from first signal to conversion, build automations and AI-powered tools to accelerate lead response and improve scoring, and maintain data hygiene as information moves from marketing into sales.

Qualifications

• ~3 years of experience in growth or GTM marketing, marketing/revenue operations, or a technical growth role.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, plus exposure to enrichment or sales-engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full data journey a prospect takes through Serif, from first signal to conversion, routing, and deal outcome.
• Build automations and AI-powered tools to accelerate lead response and improve scoring, embedded with the marketing team.
• Own data hygiene and trust as information moves from marketing into sales.
