Job summary

VibeIQ, Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, automate, and maintain systems powering go-to-market motions. You will replace manual tasks with scalable data-driven workflows spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, focusing on pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You will implement and improve GTM tooling, contribute to strategy, and help make GTM teams faster and smarter, with a hybrid schedule in Boston.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, marketing/sales operations, or growth engineering.
• Hands-on automation experience with multi-step workflows and API integrations using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, AirOps, or Clay.
• Strong HubSpot administration skills (or Salesforce) including workflows and data quality.
• Proficiency in SQL and some Python/JavaScript for data manipulation and integrations.
• Experience with sales engagement tooling (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft).
• Familiarity with Zendesk and building automations around ticketing and health metrics.
• Practical use of AI/LLM tools to GTM workflows and revenue-driven outcomes.
• Ability to align work to ICP and pipeline outcomes and revenue impact.
• SaaS/B2B experience; able to work a hybrid schedule from Boston.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound systems with data pipelines and multi-step sequences.
• Develop lead scoring, ABM targeting, and lead routing to speed to lead with context.
• Engineer signal/intention-based plays from product usage and web activity.
• Maintain CRM data quality and HubSpot workflows and integrations.
• Extend infrastructure to detect churn risk and expansion signals; automate onboarding and health score workflows.
• Automate Zendesk workflows including ticket routing and AI-assisted deflection.
• Collaborate with Finance to automate revenue-adjacent workflows and data syncing.
• Connect the GTM stack via APIs and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier/Make).
• Apply AI/LLM tools to GTM workflows and governance.
