Job summary

Clay is hiring a GTM Engineer focused on post‑sale workflows and automation to reduce churn and identify expansion opportunities. You will work at the intersection of GTM Engineering and CX, partnering with Product Support and Growth Strategy to turn customer data into proactive actions.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years in RevOps/GTM Engineering, hands-on experience with Salesforce and CS tooling, and skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL or TypeScript.

Qualifications

• At least 6–10 years in RevOps, GTM Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years in RevOps/Sales Ops or GTM Engineering.
• Experience with core GTM systems such as Salesforce and CS tooling (Gainsight, Vitally, or ChurnZero).
• Proven ability to build with Python, JavaScript, SQL or TypeScript; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and own post‑sale workflow automations like health scoring and churn signals.
• Collaborate with Growth Strategy, Forward Deployed Engineering and Product Support to translate business needs into automation requirements.
• Create tooling that surfaces customer context for GSMs at key moments (pre-QBR, renewals, expansions).
• Push Clay’s platform into new use cases and prototype AI-native enhancements.
• Measure adoption and business impact, iterating based on feedback.
