Job summary

Faire, a technology wholesale platform, seeks a GTM AI & Systems Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations across the GTM stack. You’ll integrate Salesforce, revops tooling, and data platforms, delivering scalable, automated workflows that reduce manual work and boost revenue operations.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Data/Backend Engineering to identify high-impact opportunities, implement observable AI-driven solutions, and ensure governance and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years building automation, integrations, or tooling in a GTM, RevOps, or Business Systems context, with systems you've shipped and currently operate in production.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (declarative, Apex/SOQL, DevOps) and familiarity with ETL, Reverse ETL, Snowflake, Gong, GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations across the GTM motion: lead routing and scoring, account enrichment, sequencing and outbound support, deal support, and customer lifecycle signals.
• Own and extend core parts of our Salesforce and GTM systems architecture alongside the rest of the GTM Engineering.
• Contribute to Salesforce governance and DevOps hygiene to keep the stack secure, reliable, and audit-ready.
• Partner with the GTM data layer tools (Snowflake, HighTouch, Fivetran, Airflow) to ensure signals reach the right system and trigger actions automatically.
• Work with Sales, Success, RevOps, and Program Management to translate AI opportunities into working, adopted systems.
• Establish evals, monitoring, and guardrails so AI capabilities are observable and measurable against business metrics.
• Set data-quality standards and guardrails for Faire's GTM AI implementations.
