Torq is seeking an AI GTM Engineer to accelerate automation across RevOps, Sales and customer success. You’ll map manual processes and turn them into AI-powered workflows used by real teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building automations or AI-powered workflows.
• Solid working knowledge of LLMs and how to extract reliable output.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI automation/workflow platform (n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Workato).
• Comfort with AI coding tools to build end-to-end projects.
• Understanding of AI agent workflows, RAG and memory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Map manual business processes across the company and identify automation opportunities.
• Own automation delivery from idea to production, translating requirements and building solutions.
• Build automated workflows with popular platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Workato).
• Design, deploy AI agents that plug into real workflows and use LLM APIs for classification, extraction, and summarization.
