Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a GTM Engineering leader to drive automation and AI initiatives across sales and customer success. You will manage a small team, influence build-vs-buy decisions, and push scalable solutions that improve revenue operations.

You’ll stay current with LLMs and automation platforms, deliver measurable improvements, and partner with Rev Ops to accelerate pipeline and customer outcomes while maintaining data governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent practical experience in a technical field with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading a GTM or revenue-operations engineering team.
• 5+ years in GTM, sales, or customer-success oriented technical roles with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM Engineering team and manage software engineers on automation/AI initiatives.
• Own automation and AI roadmap for the GTM organization, guiding build vs. buy decisions.
• Collaborate with GTM, Success, and Analytics to ensure adoption and metrics-driven outcomes.
• Evangelize scalable automation across a global, multi-team environment.
