Job summary

Procare Solutions is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to build and optimize AI workflows, automations, and system integrations that power our go-to-market organization. You will partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Finance to deliver scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce knowledge and hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, integrations, and automation in a B2B environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or similar technical GTM role.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows that solve real business problems.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, low-code/no-code automation, or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and automate high-impact manual processes across the GTM organization.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents for research, enrichment, insights, forecasting, and execution.
• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Connect Salesforce and other GTM platforms to create end-to-end workflows.
• Prototype, test, measure, and iterate before scaling solutions.
• Maintain data integrity, governance, and documentation; monitor systems.
• Partner with RevOps/BizOps to improve architecture and reduce technical debt.
