Job summary

Bitsight seeks a GTM Engineer to design and build infrastructure turning go-to-market strategy into repeatable, automated execution. You’ll sit at engineering, data, and revenue strategy intersection, owning AI-native tool adoption and build-vs-buy choices.

Apply your SQL and API skills to connect Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Snowflake, and Claude, while championing data quality and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and RevOps. This is a hands-on, build-first role in Boston.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical business systems, GTM Engineering, RevOps or related applied technical role.
• Strong SQL skills and working proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on API and webhook experience so systems talk to each other.
• CRM depth with Salesforce admin/dev-level configuration a plus.
• Fluency in core GTM concepts: ICP, lead scoring, pipeline metrics, attribution, sales process.
• Experience with workflow/automation tooling such as Clay, Workato, n8n, Zapier.
• Builder's mindset and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Portfolio of shipped workflows/integrations with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Support our AI-native GTM roadmap and evaluate new platforms.
• Lead migration off legacy point solutions as better AI-native options emerge.
• Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows for research, outreach, and tooling.
• Design scalable GTM automation for enrichment, prioritization, and sequencing.
• Connect systems like Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Snowflake, and Claude.
• Engineer data quality and governance for trusted RevOps data.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to translate problems into technical solutions.
• Experiment, measure results, and scale successful approaches.
• Document workflows, integrations, and logic for future teams.
