Job summary

Apollo.io, the AI-native go-to-market platform, is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our SMB team. You will design scalable outbound playbooks and own outcomes across a high-volume book of accounts.

You’ll use product telemetry and signals to identify adoption gaps, build AI-driven workflows in Apollo, and partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing to align to pipeline and ROI. Equity and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in RevOps, Growth, Sales Development, or GTM consulting with campaign ownership.
• AI-native: designing GTM campaigns and workflows with agentic tools and guardrails.
• Systems thinker who designs repeatable workflows and improves playbooks.
• Data-driven: using ICP, TAM, SAM, conversion and attribution for GTM performance.
• Execution-obsessed with a high-volume book and disciplined rhythms.
• Customer-facing and outcome-oriented, measuring success by customer results.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes post-sale: GRR, NRR, product adoption and credit growth.
• Design and execute GTM campaigns at scale with layered outbound workflows.
• Turn usage data into interventions using telemetry and signals to identify adoption gaps and churn risk.
• Configure Apollo to power AI-driven workflows and guardrails for outreach and seat expansion plays.
• Advise customers on GTM strategy by aligning Apollo with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Build playbooks, templates, and reusable assets to improve team effectiveness.
