Job summary

Artemis Security is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and own the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that power our go-to-market motion. This founding-level role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, RevOps, and engineering, with autonomy to shape a modern GTM engineering function from scratch.

You’ll design AI-driven agents, automate workflows, and integrate tools to shorten cycles across the funnel, working closely with the founders and GTM leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years blending technical work with GTM, RevOps, or growth.
• Strong fluency with AI coding tools and no-code automation.
• Ability to map data across complex deal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain GTM infrastructure including CRM configurations and data pipelines.
• Design AI-driven agents and automations for sales, marketing, and CS.
• Own GTM data layer integrating product usage, CRM, and external sources.
• Develop enrichment, scoring, and prioritization to surface accounts and signals.
• Collaborate with sales on outbound workflows and pipeline hygiene.
• Work with marketing on attribution and lead routing.
• Partner with customer success on health scoring and churn signals.
• Evaluate and manage GTM tool stack and dashboards.
• Move quickly, ship daily, treat GTM system as a product.
