Job summary

Paraform is hiring a hungry GTM Associate to drive new business from the San Francisco office. As an early business hire, you will work closely with GTM leadership to expand Paraform's footprint and help build a world-class sales team.

You will source deals, qualify prospects, and grow the top of the funnel through outbound campaigns, while iterating on marketing motions and maintaining Salesforce data. Training to join the Account Executive team is provided.

Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of experience as a top performing SDR at a high velocity startup or in finance
• Top performer with a track record of beating quota
• Has done something notable such as starting a company, winning a hackathon, or similar

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
• Qualify prospects through consultative selling
• Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
• Test and iterate on experimental marketing and GTM motions
• Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce
• Train to join our Account Executive team
