Clipbook is hiring a results-driven GTM Associate to accelerate our growth. You’ll own core GTM motions—from generating pipeline and managing key accounts to building scalable lead-generation systems—in a fast-paced startup.

We value scrappy, strategic candidates who can scale into leadership, shaping demand generation across the team. This role is office-based in Mission Bay, SF, with some travel for conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent hustle, communication skills, and energy.
• Sales, marketing, or recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic familiarity with a CRM or similar tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo.io).
• Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fast-paced, high-leverage GTM motion to drive topline growth.
• Identify and engage strategic prospects through data-driven outbound outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across regulated industries.
• Exceed pipeline and revenue targets through rigorous execution and experimentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to sharpen messaging.
• Leverage CRM and enrichment tools to track engagement and analyze GTM performance.
• Assist with special projects across marketing, customer delivery, and operations.
