Paraform is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth by bringing venture-backed startups onto the platform. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery to close, engaging founders, heads of talent, and hiring leaders to solve hiring challenges and scale teams quickly.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or GTM at a high-growth startup.
• 2+ years in a closing role.
• Experience in an AE outbound-heavy B2B sales motion (>20% SQOs).
• Consistently ranked in the top 5% of sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing new customers.
• Collaborate with founders, Heads of Talent and hiring leaders to address hiring challenges.
• Balance inbound conversion with outbound, referrals, and network-driven opportunities.
