Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Distinguished Solution Engineer to enable thousands of field technologists and elevate technical credibility across the org. You will own internal enablement, drive AI-enabled building practices, and set standards for secure, governable deployments.

You will design curricula, labs, and certification programs, scale enablement across regions, and lead the most demanding customer conversations to demonstrate safety and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution engineering or related senior technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform: Apex, Flow, LWCs, Metadata API, packaging & release mgmt.
• Experience building with AI coding agents in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own internal technical enablement across SE, FDE, Professional Services, Success, and Partner teams.
• Build curricula, certification paths, office hours, labs, and champions network.
• Define what a good build looks like: tested, governed, reversible, explainable; publish reference patterns.
• Turn field work into reusable references that engineers can pick up and run.
• Lead the hardest technical engagements and senior customer conversations to prove safety and value.
• Communicate field gaps and edge cases back to Product to shape the roadmap.
• Scale by growing a network of technical leaders who can operate without you in the room.
