Job summary

Brillio is seeking an Engineering Leader for our Salesforce practice to drive the evolution of digital experiences. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 7+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or solution-architect role.
• Salesforce architect certifications in one or more: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant, AI Data Cloud Consultant
• Strong experience with AI solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent customer management and communication skills.

• Partner with customers to accelerate technology modernization and AI adoption.
• Lead customer discussions, workshops, discovery engagements to build and win new business pipeline.
• Define and communicate the engineering vision and technology strategy for products, platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long‑term organizational goals.
• Provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of complex Salesforce programs.
• Influence executive stakeholders and organizational strategy by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
• Establish engineering KPIs, governance models, operating frameworks, and performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion the adoption of AI‑assisted development, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance engineering velocity and innovation.
