You will translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, establish repeatable operating models, and communicate effectively with senior leadership to ensure alignment and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s to PhD in a relevant field or equivalent executive leadership experience.
• Typically 12 years of experience spanning AI, ML, software engineering, data science, or transformation.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional programs with executive visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders across business, engineering, product, and partners.
• Champion AI adoption by developing methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.
• Translate leadership priorities into executable plans with milestones and outcomes.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and accelerate execution across organizations.
• Develop executive communications, status updates, and decision frameworks.
