Job summary

Motive empowers operators with AI tools to improve safety, productivity, and profitability. We seek a senior Deal Desk/RevOps professional to own end-to-end development of internal AI workflows that scale and integrate with Salesforce, Glean, and n8n.

You will design robust validation, audit trails, and fallback rules for AI agents, while managing cost envelopes and benchmarking model performance. Eligible candidates have 5–7 years in Deal Desk or RevOps and strong scripting and AI fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Deal Desk or RevOps building and deploying internal AI tools.
• Strong grasp of AI concepts: context windows, token usage, compute cost, chunking.
• Experience with scripting and prompt engineering for LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development cycle for internal AI tools, from prototyping to maintenance.
• Build agents/workflows using Glean, Salesforce (Agentforce, ClaudeForce) and n8n; front-end apps with Retool/React.
• Balance performance with token costs by testing different LLM models.
