Job summary

Motive is seeking a GTM Engineer to own AI-powered workflows for the Deal Desk and Sales teams. You will prototype, test, and scale agents and workflows using Salesforce, Glean, and various automation tools, balancing performance with cost.

You will collaborate with Deal Desk, Product, and business stakeholders, driving adoption and measurable impact across SMB to Strategic segments. A strong focus on UX for non-technical users is required.

Qualifications

5-7 years hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience.
Experience with CPQ and CLM platforms.
Strong understanding of AI fundamentals such as context windows, token consumption, compute cost, chunking, and performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities

Operate with the default question: “How can I use AI to solve this?” to identify bottlenecks to automate for stakeholders.
Design robust validation, audit trails, and fallback rules for compliance with revenue recognition policies and pricing approval matrices.
Own prototyping, beta testing, and production rollout of internal AI tools supporting GTM/Deal Desk and Sales partners; build agents and workflows using Salesforce, Retool, and APIs; create prompts for LLMs.
Ensure UX is friendly to non-technical users and maintain documentation of launched solutions.
Train end-users on usage of launched tools.
