Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building production software.
• Fluent in TypeScript or Python and full-stack work.
• Experience building internal tools or developer platforms.
• Built AI-powered apps using LLMs and modern tooling.
• Proven ability to interact with end users and iterate quickly.
• Think like a product builder with ownership and shipping bias.
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build internal products that accelerate GTM teams.
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery to production.
• Partner with GTM teams to identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Create AI-native workflows using Clay and modern frameworks.
• Design integrations across Clay, Salesforce, Snowflake, Slack and more.
• Enable rapid experimentation with tooling and platforms.
