Job summary

Cresta is hiring an AI Engineer (GTM) to redesign how go-to-market works. You will work directly with the CEO, CRO, CMO, and Rev Ops to design and deploy an AI native operating system for our revenue engine.

Location: Remote/Hybrid targeting SF or NYC, with US-wide options. You’ll write code, connect data systems, and help GTM teams prioritize accounts to maximize revenue and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Engineer who can bridge deep technical ability with real GTM understanding.
• Entrepreneur mindset with strong ownership and bias to build.
• Strong understanding of enterprise GTM and sales workflows.
• Comfortable writing code, using APIs, automation, data systems, and AI tools.
• Deep familiarity with modern sales tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Auto-generate account plans, stakeholder maps, and discovery prep in seller workflows.

This role is about eliminating manual work, helping our teams focus on the right accounts, and building systems that make winning easier. You will work directly with our CEO, CRO, CMO, and Rev Ops leadership to design and deploy an AI native operating system for our revenue engine. The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography.
