Job summary

Navan is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to advance our GTM systems by building production-grade AI agents, automations, and workflows. You will connect AI, data, and revenue execution across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops, owning the engineering layer from prototype to field deployment.

You will work with Engineering, Data, IT, and Security to ensure production readiness, governance, and scalable architectures, delivering reliable, auditable systems for business teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one production programming language such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Apex, plus working knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered agents, copilots, or automations in production.
• Strong ability to inspect, modify, test, and debug AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and agent-assisted workflows in production.
• Lead full delivery lifecycle from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Slack, and internal data via APIs and webhooks.
• Develop automations using toolsets like Salesforce, Cursor, Claude Code, and AI development environments.
• Ensure production controls, observability, and rollback paths are in place.
• Document architecture, runbooks, and operating procedures for maintainability.
