Job summary

Box, a leader in Intelligent Content Management, seeks a GTM Engineer to design and scale data, automation, and AI-powered workflows across CRM, marketing automation, and data providers. You will build reliable processes that improve data quality and turn insights into timely action across the customer lifecycle.

You will partner with Enterprise Systems, Data Science, and Sales Ops to translate business needs into scalable GTM solutions and explore AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, sales operations, GTM engineering, business systems, data operations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and building workflows, automations, integrations, APIs, webhooks, or data processes across GTM systems.
• Experience implementing and managing Clay, enrichment platforms, automation tools, or similar technologies.
• Proven experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable generative AI platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building, testing, or deploying AI agents and automated workflows.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models and go-to-market processes.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Attention to data quality and reliable AI output.
