Job summary

Lansweeper is seeking a GTM engineer/SDR hybrid in Austin, TX. You will own free-to-paid conversion, build automated workflows, and work across RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering to scale AI-driven onboarding.

Expect to manage 600–700 active leads while developing scalable systems and maintaining a hands-on, strategic approach to high-potential accounts. Role demands curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or digital sales — ideally in SaaS.
• Experience with sales automation, email sequencing, cadence tools, and CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
• Familiarity with PLG, self-serve, or low-touch SaaS sales motions
• Comfort with high-volume, data-driven funnels — not traditional outbound or enterprise selling
• Ability to read and act on product usage data, behavioral signals, and intent indicators

Responsibilities

• Own free-to-paid conversion — use product usage, behavioral signals, and AI-generated intent data to identify and engage high-potential free users.
• Build and refine the digital sales engine — design automated workflows, define triggers, and experiment with paths, messaging, and offers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing, Engineering, and Free Product Core Group to bring automation to life.
• Onboard and activate new customers with a scalable automated onboarding experience.
• Be the human safety net for high-value conversions and complex expansions when automation can't resolve.
