Job summary

Lansweeper is seeking a GTM AI Applications Engineer to own the AI-enabled GTM stack, build and orchestrate AI agents across tools like Workato, LangChain, Claude managed agents, and Salesforce Agentforce, and partner with GTM Ops, Sales, and Customer Success. This role emphasizes proactive AI opportunities, experimentation, and fast iteration in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

2–4 years in a technical applications, systems administration, or integrations role within a SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience building with AI agents or AI-assisted tooling — production deployments or pilots.
Prompt engineering skills to design, test, and iterate prompts for production outputs.
Experience with integration/orchestration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or similar.
Experience building and deploying AI agents on agentic platforms (LangChain, Claude managed agents, Salesforce Agentforce).
Basic fluency in agent observability (logging, monitoring) and human-in-the-loop controls.
Strong troubleshooting across integration, data-sync, and AI workflow issues.

Responsibilities

Own configuration, administration, and troubleshooting for the GTM application stack.
Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines between GTM apps and Salesforce.
Identify GTM process areas where AI can reduce admin burden and consolidate tooling.
Design, build, and deploy AI agents across the stack using applicable platforms.
Monitor observability for deployed agents and iterate based on production usage.
Create human-in-the-loop checkpoints and approval paths for agentic workflows.
Provide technical guidance across GTM systems projects and act as senior AI integration voice.
Handle lighter Salesforce administration tasks in coordination with the Salesforce team.
Evaluate and onboard new AI tools and GTM applications as the stack evolves.
Partner with GTM Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to translate needs into AI-augmented solutions.
