Job summary

Sovos is seeking a GTM AI Analyst to own the technology portfolio supporting the go-to-market organization. You will drive seller and team productivity by optimizing GTM tools with a focus on artificial intelligence, identifying opportunities to simplify work and apply automation to reduce manual effort.

Working across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, IT, Security, and other partners, you'll translate business needs into practical tool and workflow solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM operations or related field.
• Experience with SaaS tools and platforms.
• Ability to document processes and clear requirements.
• Knowledge of GTM tech categories and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM technology strategy and roadmap.
• Translate productivity challenges into clear requirements.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and vendors to implement decisions.
• Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities and prototype solutions.
• Analyze workflows to remove unnecessary steps and improve adoption.
• Document requirements, user stories, and test plans with teams.
• Develop user guidance and adoption plans for stakeholders.
• Ensure tools follow data, access, and compliance standards.
• Define metrics and report GTM impact to leadership.
• Build strong cross-GTM relationships and align priorities.
