Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Global Security Operations Center Manager (GSOC) to oversee GSOC personnel and operations worldwide. You will apply expertise in GSOC operations, intelligence gathering, and risk management to protect people, assets, and information across locations.

You will mentor analysts, develop procedures, and coordinate with clients, facilities, and security teams. Strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years GSOC experience for Associate degree path.
• Extensive GSOC operations and security knowledge.
• Experience with AI-based risk platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GSOC program operations and partner with client leadership.
• Develop and implement GSOC training, work instructions, and protocols.
• Supervise analysts and manage performance improvement plans.
• Ensure accuracy of GSOC reports and maintain knowledge tools.
• Lead crisis communications and emergency mass notifications.
